1 Cup Milk, any percentage
4 Each Eggs, whole
3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Let's Get Baking
Preheat oven to 350 F. Use a serrated knife to cut bread into bite-sized pieces, then place on sheetpan. Bake for 10-15 minutes until bread exterior is dry and just beginning to take on some color.
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a whisk until homogenous.
Add in the cubes of swirl bread to the bowl and use a rubber scraper to gently combine. If there is liquid in the bottom of the bowl that has not been absorbed by the bread, let it sit for a minute or two before gently folding to fully incorporate the two. Grease a standard muffin tin or line with cupcake wrappers. Use a large cookie scoop or spoon to transfer the bread mixture (about 1/3 cup) into each cavity. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, rotating halfway through.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes, then transfer French-toast bites to a cooling rack.
