McCormick® Unseasoned Meat Tenderizer
Use McCormick® Unseasoned Meat Tenderizer on tough cuts of beef, pork or poultry for tender, juicy meat. It’s made with salt, dextrose and bromelain, an enzyme naturally found in pineapple, to tenderizer the meat while infusing it with robust flavor. We recommend using the meat tenderizer just before cooking. Simply moisten the surface of the meat with water then sprinkle the tenderizer evenly over both sides of the meat (about 1 tsp. per 1 lb.). No need to add salt. Pierce the meat with a fork then cook immediately for best results. Your meat of choice will be moist, tender and tasty from its natural flavors. When preparing thicker cuts of meats, let stand 30 minutes before cooking. This meat tenderizer in your pantry means never having a tough piece of meat on your plate.
