Similar to solving a puzzle, she finds joy and satisfaction in piecing together meal ideas that are tailored to specific allergy needs and dietary preferences. When not working, Shelly loves reading at local coffee shops, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen and hiking and biking with her partner and two dogs.
