  • 8 ounces Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
  • 4 ounces Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 8 ounces Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
  • 4 ounces Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Let’s Get Baking

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2: Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine. Blend continuously for about 1 minute or until completely creamy.

Step 3: Use a rubber spatula to transfer the dip into a small ceramic baking dish (I used a 6 inch shallow bowl but any oven safe dish will work)

Step 4: Place the goat cheese dip in the oven for 20 minutes or until light golden brown. I like to broil it for the last minute to get it nice and toasty on top.

Step 5: Top with blistered tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil or fresh herbs and serve with grilled bread, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!
