This is the Disney Showcase Little Mermaid Flounder Go Fish Figurine. It's produced by the nice folks over at Enesco. 

Designed by Jim Shore, the Flounder figure is hand painted and well detailed. Awesome! 

It's roughly 3 inches tall and great for any fan of the Disney Little Mermaid animated film. Neat!
